(A) Members need to collect the vouchers in advance and submit the waybill during the event period. Before paying the shipping fee,remember to click and use the voucher. If you select the auto-pay feature when placing your order, you may miss the opportunity to use the voucher.

(Q) Which shipments are eligible for this offer?
(A) The offer can be used for shipment of West Malaysia sea freight small packages submitted from Guangzhou warehouse during the event period. Members are suggested to place order 24 hours in advance for the warehouse packing procedure.

(Q) How much is this offer discounted? Is there a limit on the weight of the shipment with this offer?
(A) The discount will only be deducted after the subsequent kg from 10kg onwards.The shipment must be at least 10 kg in weight.

(Q) How many vouchers are available for redemption?
(A) A total number of 6180 vouchers awaiting for members to redeem, the system works on a first-come-first-serve basis. Each member is limited to one-time voucher usage.

(Q) Is this offer refundable?
(A) Voucher can only be used once for each shipping order. The offer cannot be canceled/refunded once it has been used.
