First, open the Alipay app and log in or register a personal account.

Open the "My" Page

After entering the verification code to log in, click on "My" at the bottom right.

Check Real Name Verification Status

Go to the “My Account” page and check if the real name verification status shows “Certified”.

Register a 1688 Personal Account

Go to the 1688 official website and choose “Personal Account” for registration.

Fill in Registration Information

Enter your member name, login password, country code, and phone number, then click “Agree and Register”.

Verify Your 1688 Account

Click on "Members" and select "Account Management".

Verify Your 1688 Account via Alipay

Click “Alipay Account Management” and select “Verify Now” to verify your account.

Check Account Information Status

Click “Alipay Account Management” to check if the status shows “Bound and Verified”.

Access the WorldFirst Registration Page

Go to the WorldFirst registration page.

Fill in Registration Information

Complete the registration by entering your personal and account information.

Log in to Alipay Business Account

If you use an Alipay business account to make payments on 1688, you need to log in to Alipay to unbind it first. Open the Alipay page and select “Kuajingbao”.

Note: If you do not use an Alipay business account to pay on 1688.com, skip steps 12-14.

Confirm Unbinding of 1688 Account

Select the 1688 account you wish to unbind and choose “details”.

Complete Unbinding Steps

Click on the top right corner and choose “Revoke Authorization”.

Then click “Confirm” and you will be prompted to enter your password.

Access Payment Page

Open your WorldFirst account, click on “Payments,” and select “Cross-border Pay.”

Authorize Account

On the “Cross-border Pay” page, click the “Activate” button.

Fill in Information

Enter the authorized 1688 account.

Complete Contract

Read and agree to the contract terms.

Complete Authorization

Enter a 6-digit verification code to complete the authorization.

Authorization Success Prompt

After entering the verification code, the page will display a successful authorization message.

Select WorldFirst Account Details

Return to the WorldFirst page and select “Account Details.”

Create New Receiving Account

Select to create a new receiving account.

Choose Currency

Choose the currency unit you want and assign a name to your receiving account.

Convert Funds to CNH

After successful creation, select “Convert” to convert the funds to CNH.

Shop on 1688.com

Open the product you want to buy on the 1688 platform and click “Join Group Purchase.”

Escrow Transaction

Select “Escrow Transaction” to proceed with payment through cross-border payment.

Choose Cross-border Pay

On the payment page, select “Cross-border Pay” as the payment option, agree to the agreement, and make the payment.

Enter Alipay Personal Account Password

Enter your password and click confirm.

Complete Order

Go to the “My Orders” page to check the payment status and logistics information of your order.
