Guangzhou Baiyun has been fully unsealed on 1/12.All courier companies will resume to usual successively. It is recommended to remind the seller to ship.

All operation in China warehouse has resumed. If the merchant informs that the shipment cannot be placed, please notify the merchant to try again.

In cooperation with the epidemic management of Baiyun District, warehouse is operate as normal to receive and packing parcel. If merchant inform courier cannot deliver to warehouse, please remind merchant to try again after 25 Nov.

Good news! Dear members, our China warehouse has resumed operation, and all inbound and packaging are in progress.

If the merchant is unable to deliver the goods, it is recommended to use ZTO, YTO, SF Express, Debon and EMS all support delivery, and other couriers will resume support delivery within these two days.

For urgent shipments, kindly contact our customer service team for assistance. The Double 11 shipping sales are now extending for another five days until the end of 25/11.
