Notice 2020 - Taobao 11.11 Completion

Thank you very much for all your support in Double 11, we have successfully placed all the parcels into the warehouse on time in this Double 11.

At the same time, we reduce the air freight orders delay issue and also utilize the high-quality flights to deliver the parcels to customers on time.

For the sea freight channel (West Malaysia) submitted during (13/11 - 21/11), we will move the parcels to the warehouse in Malaysia for packaging purposes in advance.

Sea Freight channel (West Malaysia) will state as In-transit, and storage charge will not be calculated during this period.

Users do not need to worry about being unable to use the coupon because the coupon is based on the submission date of the shipment.

After packing the parcels, you can use the coupon and also make the payment. Then, you can receive the parcels within 3-5 days.

Currently, all operations in the warehouse have already returned to normal. Please refer to the following instruction.

  • The storage time for the parcels is 30 days.

  • The number of parcels in each shipment is 30 pieces.

  • Users need not choose air freight or sea freight channels while submitting the shipment.

  • For sea freight (West Malaysia) channel, parcels will no longer be sent to Malaysia in advance.

  • Double 11 discount is based on the submission date of the shipment, thus for those users who submit the shipment on time can use the coupon.
