Now, users can choose our newly launched Fragile Insurance Service, making it more reassuring to purchase fragile items without worrying about damage during transportation.

Any goods with Fragile Insurance selected will receive 100% full compensation in case of damage during transportation.

Items such as TVs, mobile phones, monitors, full-length mirrors, ceramics and glassware, suitcases, and other fragile items are all covered.

Simply select the Fragile Insurance Service when submitting your shipment order, and the insurance fee will be calculated as 10% of the item's declared value.

Additionally, we will provide free wooden frame reinforcement service to ensure the best protection for your goods during transportation.

Terms


  • The fragile item insurance fee is calculated as 10% of the declared value (in MYR), with a minimum charge of RM 10. The fee is non-refundable once paid.
  • The compensation amount is the lower of 10% of the declared value or the actual value (valid proof required).
  • Before submitting the shipment order, it is recommended to choose the photo inspection service to ensure the goods are intact and to facilitate claims for replacements or refunds from the seller in case of damage.
  • Shipments with fragile item insurance will be reinforced with wooden crates for free. Wooden crate packaging may increase the weight and volume. Customers bear the risk of damage if crate reinforcement is declined.
  • If non-fragile items in the shipment do not require wooden crates, please contact customer service in advance.
  • Users must submit after-sales claims within 7 days of receiving the shipment, along with clear photos of the damaged items and proof of purchase.
  • The insurance only covers damages occurring during transportation from the Guangzhou warehouse to the delivery address. It does not cover non-transportation damages (e.g., declined crate reinforcement, defective goods from the seller, improper unboxing, natural disasters, etc.).
  • We reserve the right to modify the terms of service without prior notice.
