Notice: At present, the warehouse has prepared extra manpower to cope with the workload on Double 12 Shopping Festival. Now, we are operating 12 hours a day to serve you. However, to fasten the receiving and packing speed, we do not offer any discounts on Double 12.
As for the users affected by the Double 11 Sales, our 11% discount on Double 11 shipping fee has caused our volume to increase far beyond our expectation, and the manpower, equipment and warehouse storage that were prepared in advance could barely cope with the workload.
For the affected members who have not yet received their parcels completely, our company promises that if the parcels has not been packed by 20/12, the shipping fee will be discounted by 10%, and subsequent 2% discount for each day of delay until the packing process is completed.
If the shipping order placed during the Double 11 is not packaged until 30/12, the shipping fee and storage fee will be exempted.
At the same time, we seek for your kind cooperation to avoid repeated inquiries to customer service crew, so that we could assist as many members as we can.
The way to apply for compensation is to email complaint@wepost.com.my with the subject Double 11-Delay Compensation. Our crew will process the compensation discount manually.
Our sincere apologies to all affected members and thank you for your patience. We promise that we’ll compensate all members affected for the Double 11 Shopping Festival. The compensation plan will be announced later through SMS or email.
