Due to enhanced customs inspections at Malaysian airports for airfreight shipments, all imports via airfreight are being thoroughly checked. This follows a recent discovery of a large amount of undeclared illegal e-cigarettes being imported by air. As a result, the customs clearance process for airfreight has been impacted, and parcel clearance efficiency may be delayed.
We are doing our best to arrange for the clearance process and ensure that shipments are cleared before the Chinese New Year.
Once the airfreight shipments are cleared, we will expedite delivery to Sendy and other courier stations for dispatch.
