To ensure your urgent shipments are delivered before the New Year, we recommend opting for air freight services to minimize the risk of delays.

The last delivery date for Malaysia Express services is January 28. If your shipment has not arrived by this date and you wish to self-collect from Sendy branches, please contact customer service promptly. We will assist in arranging a convenient solution for you.

For parcels scheduled for delivery after the resumption of services on January 31, we will provide timely updates on the logistics information to help you plan for receipt.

If you plan to travel home for the holidays, you can notify our customer service in advance, and we will pause delivery of your packages until you return, avoiding any inconvenience.
