• (A)Members need to collect the voucher in advance and submit the shipping order during the event. Before paying the shipping fees, remember to click and use the voucher.

• (A)The voucher can be used for Economic Sea Freight in West Malaysia (not including direct Sea Freight) submitted from the Guangzhou warehouse during the event period. This voucher is not valid for the shipping orders which is submitted outside the specified time and the shipment methods.


• (Q)Is there a limit on the weight of the shipment with this offer?
• (A)The shipping order must be at least 10 kg in weight.


• (Q)How many vouchers are available for redemption?
• (A)A total number of 6180 vouchers awaiting for members to redeem, the system works on a first-come-first-serve basis. Each member is limited to one-time voucher usage.


• (Q)What is the amount of discount?
• (A)The discount will only be deducted after the subsequent kg from 10 kg onwards.
