Speed Delivery Service is a speedy delivery service specialised for business use, or delivering items for dinner events, festive seasons and etc.

Users are advised to choose this specialised delivery service under urgent occasion only.

Term and Condition:

Parcels will be received within 2 to 3 days from our China warehouse.
To enjoy this service, customers have to notify the customer service before 4pm. The service will only start effects upon confirmation from customer service.
The service is only limited to Kuala Lumpur area in West Malaysia, and both normal air freight and sensitive air freight channel are supported.
If the parcel is not delivered after 3 days, 75% of the acceleration service fee will be refunded to customers. If the parcel is not delivered after 4 days, acceleration service fee will be fully refunded.
Any peak seasons of air freight services, weekends or holidays are not included in the guaranteed delivery duration mentioned above.
This speed up service is not equal to the include tax services, it only guarantees a faster delivery of your parcels.

There is no upper weight limitation for goods more than 50KG, the Speed-Up service is available for goods even up to 1 TON!
The price shown is an additional charge, in exclusion of the shipping fee.
