The balance in the user’s account is refundable and withdrawable. A few simple steps are needed to apply for withdrawal and refund to your bank account. Our financial department will process the application within 48 working hours. A processing fee of RM 2.00 will be charged for every RM 200 of withdrawal request.

If the name of the provided bank account for refund is not consistent with the name of the top-up service, the process may require 3 working days to be completed.

Click "My Wallet" in the Dashboard, then click “withdraw”.

Enter details for Refund

Insert the details of the bank, number of bank account, and name of the bank account for application.
