Worried about clothes or shoes bought from China not being to your liking or the wrong size?
Now, with WePost, you can return unsatisfactory items to Chinese sellers, allowing you to shop with peace of mind!
We are excited to introduce our new shipping insurance service, which helps users return unsatisfactory clothing, dresses, and shoes back to sellers in China.
The shipping insurance fee is calculated as 10% of the item’s declared value (in RMB). For example, for a 100 RMB item, the shipping insurance fee is just RM 10.
When adding clothes, pants, dresses, socks, or shoes to your parcel, simply select the shipping insurance option, and you can add or remove it at any time in the package details.
For parcels with shipping insurance, you can contact us to return items for free to China after the parcel has been received.
How to Use 使用步骤
- Add the package, select the specific item category, and check the shipping insurance option after entering the declared value.
- Submit the shipment, pay the shipping fee, and wait for delivery.
- Within 7 days after receiving the parcel, contact the seller on the shopping platform to request after-sales service and obtain the return address.
- Contact WePost customer service to apply for a return, providing the original tracking number and proof of purchase.
- We will arrange a pick-up service and ship the parcel back to China. You will also receive the domestic tracking number for China.
- Provide the tracking number in the platform’s after-sales section to complete the return application.
- Once the seller receives the parcel, the return and refund process will be completed.
Terms 条款
Shipping insurance is charged at 10% of the declared value of the item (in RMB), with a minimum fee of RM 10.
Shipping insurance applies only to clothes, pants, dresses, socks, and shoes. If the declared category or price does not match the actual item, we will contact the user to pay the difference, or we may refuse to provide return services, and the shipping insurance fee will not be refunded.
For return requests made within 7 days after the waybill is received, we will provide free shipping back to the seller.
For return requests made between 8-15 days after the waybill is received, a shipping fee of RM 15/KG will be charged.
If the return request is made after 15 days, we will no longer provide the return service to the seller.
The user must provide proof of purchase and the seller’s address for the return items. We will open and inspect the returned package before repackaging.
After the user applies for a return, we will pick up the package within 1-2 working days (for West Malaysia addresses), and the return shipment will be completed within 7-14 days, with a tracking number provided.
For West Malaysia addresses, we provide free pick-up services; for East Malaysia and Singapore addresses, the user must send the package to WePost’s Johor headquarters.
Shipping insurance covers the one-way shipping cost from Malaysia to China only. It does not cover after-sales services; all refund and exchange issues must be resolved directly between the user and the seller.
