Dear users, the long-awaited Automatic Parcel Registration feature is now live!
From the initial manual entry of tracking numbers to the “Taobao one-click add parcel“, and now the Parcel Automatic Registration feature , all these enhancements are based on our commitment to listen to user feedback and make ongoing improvements.
With the new Parcel Automatic Registration feature, simply enter your WP membership number in the warehouse address field when making a purchase. Once the parcel arrives at the warehouse, the system will automatically recognize the member and register the tracking number to your account.
Therefore, please ensure that the WP membership number matches your account number. Additionally, manual add the tracking number and and the taobao one-click add parcel can be used as usual.
